This year, we’re excited to share some of the latest upgrades coming to the Event Details page within the MatBoss app. These updates are designed to make managing matches and keeping data accurate easier than ever, ensuring a smoother experience for both coaches and athletes.

Streamlined Match Organization

The updated Event Details page now automatically organizes matches into two categories: scheduled matches and completed matches. This clear division allows you to quickly identify upcoming matches that need to be recorded and easily review results from completed matches. You can even click into recorded matches to watch videos and analyze performance right from the app.

Simplified Data Updates

One of the most-requested features from our users has been the ability to update match data more efficiently, and we’ve delivered. Now, updating wrestlers, weights, and other match details is faster and more intuitive. With just a few clicks, you can make the necessary changes directly within the app.

For example, if a match at 132 lbs is missing a wrestler, simply tap on the entry. You’ll see your roster displayed, allowing you to quickly assign one of your athletes. You can also select an opposing wrestler from any team roster, thanks to MatBoss’s integration with TrackWrestling. Once your selections are made, hit save, and the match data is updated instantly.

Easy Weight Adjustments

Need to adjust the weight class for a match? No problem. Just tap on the weight, select the correct class from the list in your scorebook, and save the changes. The updated match is ready to go in seconds, ensuring your data remains clean and accurate as it syncs to the cloud.
